It’s that time of year, when we start scrambling to get gifts for the ones we love in our lives. BUT it doesn’t have to be complicated and stressful. If you have a crocheter (or knitter) in your life, I’m here to help. Here are 5 stocking stuffers ideas for crocheters.

1) Stitch Markers

Of course this one tops the list for me. Stitch markers are the PERFECT size for any size stocking. You can even slip these into those adorable little gift card-sized stockings. Add a gift card so they can purchase their own patterns (see below) with a stitch marker, and I guarantee you’ll have a hit on your hands! You can shop my in-stock stitch markers in my Etsy shop.
2) Hand-Dyed Yarn (or Any Yarn Really)

A crocheter will definitely take most any yarn you gift them, but to make it extra special, go for the yarns they won’t normally spend the money on. One of my favorite indie yarn dyers is ALC Yarns. She has some gorgeous yarn available in her shop.
3) Crochet Patterns

This can be a tricky one unless you know your crocheter well, or they have a list of favorite patterns somewhere. *Hint: if you can get into their Etsy account, check their favorites area. Most of the crocheters I know will definitely have patterns favorited.

Crochet Hooks or Knitting Needles

While a crocheter would certainly be happy with any crochet hooks, this is the perfect time of year to buy those special hooks or knitting needles that they wouldn’t normally buy for themselves. Some of my favorites come from Furls Crochet.
5) Etsy Gift Card

If your gift recipient doesn’t have a specific list for you to work off of, and you don’t want to choose the wrong pattern, stitch marker, or yarn, an Etsy gift card is the perfect stocking stuffer. You can trust me when I say they’ll happily get to shopping for those “favorites” they already have marked.
